“‘IT’S JUST THE WAY I SMILE’, YOU SAID”

Building on the simplicity and graphic lines of the previous collection, the 2022 collection is the first dedicated womenswear collection for Coyne. With the innate pleasure of dressing up as the core starting point, garments are twisted and reduced to result in a joyful parade of color, shape and movement rooted in the workwear vocabulary of the brand.

Masculine codes are feminized with heirloom mother of pearl, sashes, and satiné details, while the fluidity of knit crepe duchess dresses are cut with the detail of workwear trouser pockets on the back. The result is a playful mix for anybody and everybody, in the context of a new expression of personal identity. The notion of “noble utility”; sumptuous details rendered in workwear nylon and trompe-l’oeil silk “linen”, create a link between historicism and present that develops the core concept of the brand.
